2. Creative Design: 2D & 3D Rendering
Create 2D design drawings or 3D renderings according to requirements, clearly displaying bottle curves, thickness, neck details, etc.
3. Technical Optimization: 3D Model Adjustment
Optimize the design according to production requirements and generate precise industrial-grade 3D model files to ensure compliance with production standards.
4. Mold Development & Sample Production
Use 3D model data to create molds and produce transparent glass samples to verify bottle shape and structure.
5. Surface Treatment (Optional)
Color Spraying: Metallic paint or gradient effects
Frosting: Partial or overall matte treatment
Printing: Silk-screen, hot stamping and other processes
6. Sample Confirmation & Feedback
Ship physical samples for testing, confirmation of details and feedback for adjustments.
7. Mass Production Delivery
After sample confirmation, complete mass production in approximately 30 days with strict quality control to ensure quality.
